Forge is the shaping: quenching hardens fast, but hardened metal that's never tempered is brittle and snaps under real pressure. That's why brotherhood isn't optional finishing. It's the tempering that keeps everything the Forge builds from breaking the first time life pushes back.
Ore: the raw material
Full completion once, revisited periodically. Three moves, in order.
Observe: a domain-by-domain audit, career, marriage, fatherhood, health, faith, purpose, friendships, scored, not written. No confession required, just an honest number.
Realign: for the domains scoring lowest, what has this actually cost you, and what have you been protecting by keeping things as-is.
Envision: not a task list. The man you're becoming, named clearly enough to survive a hard day under real pressure, and what you're willing to release to become him.
Your problem isn't seven separate domain failures needing seven separate fixes. It's one system, and until you see it as one system, you'll keep patching pieces that don't hold. Ore is where you get honest about the whole thing.
Forge: the recurring engine
This is the actual center of the system, not one stage among several, but the mechanism everything else builds toward and depends on.
Every 12 weeks, for as long as you're in this. You set the quarter's objectives, tell your wife and kids what you're working on, report to your brothers every week, pass or fail, no narrative, and do the work.
